Below, please find some frequently asked questions.  If you do not find your answer, please feel free to contact me with your question(s) at 973-495-1745, and I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
 

1. How much advanced notice is needed to place an order?

In general, all large orders of 50 servings or more are required to be made with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice and require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.  All other orders are required a minimum of 1 week in advance with the same 50% non-refundable deposit (basic flavors and design).  Once deposit is received, the date requested is closed and no other orders will be accepted.  This will allow me to dedicate all resources to your special event.

 

2. Can changes be made to my order?

Of course!  I only ask that all changes be made 1 week prior to your event date.  All attempts to accommodate changes will be made; however, they cannot be guaranteed, and might be subject to additional charges.

 

3. What do I need to do to reserve a date?

All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve a date. 

 

4. Can I cancel an order?

All orders and dates are booked and held for your special event – which closes that date to any other event or request.  Cancellations made 1 week before the due date will not be subject to penalty.  Cancellations made after will be subject to pay the full balance due.

 

5. Do you deliver?

Yes. Your cake order includes delivery/set-up within 10 miles (round trip) of my home address – up to 50 miles, in which an additional $.50/miles charge will be incurred.

 

6. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Please note:  IF YOU ELECT TO PICK UP AND SET UP YOUR CAKE ORDER, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDITION OF THE CAKE ONCE IT LEAVES MY POSSESSION.

 

7. Cake/Cupcake stands rental?

If you require the use of rental items, such as cake stands, cake plates, cupcake stands, etc., a refundable security deposit equal to the cost of such items is required and collected with initial deposit.   However, if rental items are not returned within 3 days after the event, the security deposit will be forfeited.
